Q. Are the courses accredited?
A. Yes they are fully accredited by the Guild of professional beauty.
Q. Will I get a certificate after completing my training?
A. Yes you will recieve a certificate once you have completed all the training.
Q. How old do you need to be to book on a course?
A. Minimum age is 16
Q. Do the courses come with a kit?
A. No, to keep the prices low, the training does not include a kit. But I can arrange to have a kit ready for you at an additional cost.
Q. Do I need to bring anything to the practical training?
A. You will need to bring a model to complete a practical assessment. If you struggle to find a model, please let me know so I can help.
Q. How long does the course take to complete?
A. All the courses are priced per day.
Alot of the courses are for 1 day, however, some learners can take longer so additional days may need to be booked.
Q. Do you offer a payment plan?
A. Yes, klarna is available via the website Www.educ8beauty.co.uk
Q. How do I complete the theory?
A. The theory is online and can be accessed on any mobile, laptop or tablet device. A link will be sent to you once you have booked on the course.
Q. How long does it take for the theory to come through so I can make a start?
A. Allow 7 days for your theory to sent to you. You may need to check junk mail if you don't see it.

A. Allow 7 days for the certificate to be issued.
Q. What happens if I can't make the practical training?
A. We DO NOT offer refunds
72 hrs ( 6 days prior to your training)I will change your date at no extra cost.
48hrs ( 4 days prior to your training) a new booking is needed, you will have 50% off booking your practical course
Less than 48rs or on the day cancellation, you will be charged full price to re book your training minus the theory costs.
Q, I have children, can you work around the school runs?
A. Yes, I have children myself and know how difficult childcare can be. We can arrange suitable dates and times for your training.
